FT Quality and Training Specialist – 2-1-1 VIRGINIA
The Council of Community Services is accepting applications for a full-time Quality and Training Specialist. The QT specialist will provide coaching, job training, and skills development to support the overall quality of the contact center staff and 2-1-1 VIRGINIA program. Applicants should have extensive knowledge of health and human services, including assessment skills and techniques, and experience in customer service. Experience in information and referral or crisis intervention is a plus. Applicants should also possess the ability to motivate staff. Position is full-time, non-exempt with a generous benefits package, paid holidays and paid time off. Hours primarily M-F 2:15 pm – 10:30 p.m. with some flexibility required. FT Contact Specialist – 2-1-1 VIRGINIA
FT positions available for contact specialists to provide health and human services information and referrals to Virginia residents via phone, e-mail and in person. Must be able to uphold a high standard of professionalism in a fast-paced contact center and deliver exceptional service to diverse callers seeking a variety of assistance. Excellent customer service and telephone skills are required. Knowledge of health and human services strongly preferred. Understanding of basic computer functions is required.
