Full-Time Quality and Training Specialist | 2-1-1 VIRGINIA
The Council of Community Services is accepting applications for a full-time Quality and Training Specialist. The QT specialist will provide coaching, job training, and skills development to support the overall quality of the contact center staff and 2-1-1 VIRGINIA program. Applicants should have extensive knowledge of health and human services, including assessment skills and techniques, and experience in customer service. Experience in information and referral or crisis intervention is a plus. Applicants should also possess the ability to motivate staff.
