As Director of Care Services, Robert Morrow oversees the regional Ryan White Part B Consortium, The Southwest Piedmont HIV Care Consortium, and the HIV Resource and training center. Robert sits on the Statewide Ryan White Peer Review Committee and has been a past member several statewide planning and advisory committees for the Virginia Department of Health Division of Disease Prevention. He has completed several Train the Trainer Courses from both the Centers of Disease Control and the American Red Cross. Robert serves as the lead trainer for the southwest region of Virginia and has conducted trainings across the state from Bristol to Norfolk.

Paul Miller first started working with Council of Community Services in 2001, as a volunteer with the HIV prevention department. He and Pam Meador co-founded the Red Ribbon Affair, a fundraiser that provided supplemental support to the program and individuals infected with HIV. Paul was first hired on as staff in September of 2004 with the prevention department, where he worked with the MPowerment HIV prevention model as a start up program. In December of 2005 Paul left the Council to pursue a Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Radford University’s accredited program. Paul completed an employment based internship in the spring of 2008 with the Council’s community rapid testing program, under the guidance of Pam Meador, Director of the Drop-in Center. Upon graduating from Radford University with Honors in the spring of 2008, Paul accepted the position of Ryan White Grant Monitor.
