If you're looking for skills in specific areas of nonprofit management, then explore the Center's workshops. Classes are open to everyone and include nonprofit management, staff, directors, volunteers, and other interested individuals. Fees vary.

Spring Workshops/Seminars
Effective Leadership through Role Clarification
- Focus will be placed on the importance of clarifying roles of the board and executive in governing the nonprofit
- Developing “job descriptions” for the board officers and executive director
- Designed for both the board chair/officer to attend with the executive director
