In addition to mobilizing a pool of energetic, talented volunteers, HandsOn Blue Ridge also strengthens the infrastructure of volunteerism by working with local agencies that utilize volunteers by providing resources, training, and services to support volunteer managers and their programs. HandsOn Blue Ridge works with local organizations to help them utilize the time and talent of volunteers in the most efficient and effective ways possible.
