Volunteers:
Individuals 55 and older who would like to be an RSVP volunteer need to print and complete the enrollment form and the policies and procedures form.
Current RSVP volunteers who need to update their enrollment information may print and complete the update form and the policies and procedures update form.
All RSVP volunteers must turn in volunteer hours monthly. Hours are due to the RSVP Project Director by the fifth working day of the following month. Volunteers may use the RSVP time report form to report their hours and mileage, or they may use a form approved by their worksite.
